培養(yǎng)條件:The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: 2 ng/ml recombinant human GM-CSF; fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
傳代方法: 維持細(xì)胞濃度在3×104~5×105 cells/ml；2~3天換液1次。
凍存條件:無(wú)血清細(xì)胞凍存液
